APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (a) of the
Garissa County Revolving Fund Act, 2018, I, Nathif Jama Adam, the
Governor, Garissa County, appoint—

to be the Chairperson of the Garissa County Revolving Fund
Committee, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th
