TAKE NOTICE that the Chief Justice has established Makadara High Court–Criminal Division pursuant to section 11 (1) (e) and 12 (1) of the High Court (Organization and Administration) Act, Cap. 8C, with Supervisory Jurisdiction over Makadara Chief Magistrates Court and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (J.K.I.A) Magistrates Court with effect from 2nd January, 2025.
