APPROVAL

IN EXERCISE of the power conferred by the section 3 of the Valuation for Rating Act and by the approval of the Migori County Executive Committee at its 10th meeting held on the 17th July, 2024, vide County Executive Committee Memorandum No. 6 of 2024, the County Government of Migori gives notice of the intention to prepare a Valuation Roll which will cover all rateable properties within the jurisdiction of the following urban areas within Rongo Sub-county– Rongo Municipality Chamgiwadu Oyora Marera Okusu Kogenya Odienya Ochol Opapo Nyaburu Kadianga Riosiri Rakwaro Kobado Kitweru Ndege Oriedo Tonye Ndonyo Kuja Nyamarambe Maroo Dated the 8th October, 2024.
