THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Business Partners International Kenya (II) Limited, of P.O. Box 20942–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the county of Kiambu, known as Kabete/Karura/3695, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
