NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th July, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 134, in Volume D1, Folio 324/2812, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Yvonne Charity Njeri Rowe, of P.O. Box 505, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rowe Yvonne Charity Njeri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rowe Yvonne Charity Njeri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Yvonne Charity Njeri Rowe, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Yvonne Charity Njeri Rowe only.
