NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 19, in Volume B-13, Folio 2381/21599, File No. 1637, by our client, Hemed Seif Hemed Swaleh Elbusaidy, of P.O. Box 86042–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hemed Seif Hemed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hemed Seif Hemed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hemed Seif Hemed Swaleh Elbusaidy, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hemed Seif Hemed Swaleh Elbusaidy only.
