NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 689, in Volume D1, Folio 328/2886, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Romeo William Osindi, of P.O. Box 60064– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kennedy William Osindi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kennedy William Osindi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Romeo William Osindi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Romeo William Osindi only.
