NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 35, in Volume D1, Folio 321/2792, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Meshack Wamalwa, of P.O. Box 1201– 30200, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Meshack Pearl Amatta, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Meshack Pearl Amatta, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Meshack Wamalwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Meshack Wamalwa only.
