NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 49, in Volume B-13, Folio 2389/61679, File No. 1637, by our client, Melisa Otaaba Tongola (guardian), on behalf of Witness Berea (minor), formerly known as Laureta Akeyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Laureta Akeyo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Witness Berea, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Witness Berea only.
