REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to Mewa Hospital, the owners of motor vehicle registration Nos. KAW 142K and KCD 426X, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which have been lying at the premises of Shaluma Enterprises in Nyali along Links Road, Mombasa County within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges, auctioneers costs and any other incidental charges plus costs of publiching this notice. Failure to which the said vehicles will be disposed off either by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner’s in order to defray the storage charges, auctioneers costs and other related charges in accordance with this Act but should there be any shortfall the owners will be liable thereafter.
