NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap38) of the laws of Kenya and several notices given to you to collect your household goods; beds, sofas, clothes and kitchenware, which are stored at Kings & Queens Movers Warehouse along North Airport Road within seven (7) days from the date of this publication. This is upon payment of accumulated storage charges and cost of this publication failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to you.
