IN EXERCISE of the power conferred by section 20 (1) (d) of the Political Parties Act (Cap. 7D), the Registrar of Political Parties gives notice that National Rainbow Coalition-Kenya (NARC-Kenya) intends to change as follows— (i) Change of Party Name Former Name Current Name National Rainbow Coalition-Kenya (NARC-Kenya) People’s Liberation Party (PLP) (ii) Change of Party Colours Former Colours Current Colours Luminous, Red and White Lilac, White and Purple (iii) Change of Party Symbol Former Symbol Current Symbol Rose Flower Purple Rose (iv) Change of Party Slogan Former Slogan Current Slogan A One Kenya One Nation One People Unite, Liberate Any person with written submissions concerning the intended change by the political party shall within seven (7) days from the date of this publication, deposit them with the Registrar of Political Parties.
