IN EXERCISE of powers conferred under section 6 of the Valuation for Rating Act, Cap. 266 of the laws of Kenya, the Siaya County Government “declares that the valuers, in preparing any Draft Valuation Roll or Draft Supplementary Valuation Roll, need neither value nor include in the roll the value of the land or the assessment for improvement rate, as required by paragraphs (c) and (e) respectively of this section.
