REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dishon Maina alias Dission Maina (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, known as West Bunyore/Essaba/843, situate in Luanda Sub-County, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Vihiga in Succesion Cause No. E104 of 2022 has issued letter of administration in favour of Eliab Maina Oriedo, and whereas the said Eliab Maina Oriedo has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Eliab Maina Oriedo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Dishon Maina alias Dission Maina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
