REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sabiano Ondiek Yiengo (deceased), of P.O. Box 127, Kadongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kabondo/Kasewe/1071, situate in the Sub- county of Rachuonyo East, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in Succession Cause No. 377 of 2019, has issued grant in favour of Jared Omondi Juma, of P.O. Box 127, Kadongo in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A 49, and issue a land title deed to Jared Omondi Juma, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Sabiano Ondiek Yiengo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
