REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gajetan Owende Oundo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as East Ugenya/Kathieno ‘A’/245, situate in the district of Ugenya, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E336 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Magdalene Awino Owende and (2) Festo Japheth Oningo, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Gajetan Owende Oundo (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gajetan Owende Oundo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
