REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyaga Katharane (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 13.713 acres or thereabout, known as Kagaari/Weru/394, situate in Embu County, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in Succesion Cause No. 64 of 2003 has issued letter of administration to (1) Grace Macaki Nyaga and (2) Joshua Njeru Nyaga, and whereas the said (1) Grace Macaki Nyaga and (2) Joshua Njeru Nyaga have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of (1) Grace Macaki Nyaga and (2) Joshua Njeru Nyaga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Nyaga Katharane, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
