THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francois Jacques Henri Gerard Froment Meurice, Attorney at Law Paris Bar, 5 Avenue Pierre ler de Serbie, 75116, as the administrator of the estate of Suzanne Drouilh, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. 2/308 (Orig No. 2/222), situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an Indenture of Conveyance registered in Volume N43 Folio 39 File 13272, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
