WHEREAS Evans Odhiambo Kidero, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in Kisumu County, registered under title Nos. Kisumu/Kogony/484, 3380, 3381 2495 and 483, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said certificates of title issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
