Box 17– 00507, Viwandani in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Getrude Nyoroka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Getrude Nyoroka, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Getrude Ngendo Mburu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Getrude Ngendo Mburu only.
