THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Raphael Kamau Nganga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.32 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Mkungi/2097, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. E515 of 2022, has issued letters of administration to Elizabeth Njeri Muriithi (ID/31292460), and whereas the said land title deed issued in earlier to the said Raphael Kamau Nganga (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Raphael Kamau Nganga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
