THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eustace Gachunji Karuri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Mkungi/3790, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Karatina in succession cause No. 142 of 2019, has issued letters of administration to Peter Kamwaro Gachunji, and whereas the said land title deed issued in earlier to the said Eustace Gachunji Karuri (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Eustace Gachunji Karuri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
