WHEREAS Samuel Kimani Gitwanja (ID/4924548), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Makuyu/Block 1/591, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a ne w green card under provision of section 33 (5).
