THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) Jeniffer Gathoni Kibe (ID/4878689) and (2)
Boniface W. L. M. Kibe (ID/0080080), both of P.O. Box 65790–
00607, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in
absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the
district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Kiambu/Municipality
Block 5 (Kiamumbi)/750, and whereas sufficient evidence has been
adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or
destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register
have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days
from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided
that no objection has been received within that period.
