REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohamedali Ebrahim Hassanali and (2) Kalimudin Ebrahim Hassanali, as administrators of the estate of Ehrahim Hassanali Mulla Abdulali, of P.O. Box 80864–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor freehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. Plot No. 16731/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. No. 46934, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file register under provisions of section 33 (5).
