Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Mugela Ouma, who died on 6th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2024 By Joseph Masiga, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masiga Moni, who died on 25th August, 1986. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2024 By Maxuel Wandera, of P.O. Box 23–50406, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustine Juma Bwire, who died on 15th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2024 By Sylvester Odwor Bwire, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Bwire Makangala alias Bwire Makangala, who died on 10th February, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
