TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2023 By Isaac Kiprotich Rop, of P.O. Box 4, Songhor in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkili Jemosong Rono, who died on 8th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023 By (1) Samson Rotich and (2) Wilson Rotich, both of P.O. Box 4, Songhor in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich Kaon, who died on 7th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By (1) Samson Kipngetich Birgen and (2) Jonah Kiplimo Lagat, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiyo arap Kipyego, who died on 15th October, 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
