E20 OF 2022 By (1) David Ogweri Ombui, (2) Nyatangi Onchari Ombui, (3) Haron Miruka Ombui and (4) Miriamu Kerubo Ombui, the deceased’s sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jefitha Ombui Omambia, who died at Manga, on 27th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2022 By Laban Mirieri Nyagwachi, of P.O. Box 786, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mong’ina Nyagwachi, who died at Mogweko, on 28th November, 2005. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2023 By Stephen Omare Nunda, of P.O. Box 1–40502, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Nunda Omweri, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 9th April, 1997.
