TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E253 OF 2023 By Austine Otieno Wanga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wanga Sidho, who died at Got Ramogi, on 28th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By Gorety Akinyi Oywer, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathews Odhiambo Badia alias Mathew Ong’injo, who died at Pala, on 4th February, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
