TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 64 OF 2021 By (1) Njema Kiilu Sila and (2) Peter Sila Kiilu, both of P.O. Box 1385–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiilu Sila Mutavi, who died on 10th October, 2004. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2022 By Raphael Mutuku Ndambuki, of P.O. Box 37, Matuu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anastacia Kavatha Wambua alias Anna Kavata Wambua, who died on 25th December, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
