TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2023 By (1) Agnes Wakuthii Njeru, (2) Esther Muthoni Kang’ethe and (3) Peter Nganga Kangethe, all of P.O. Box 70, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Kang’ethe Ng’ang’a alias Harrison Kangethe, who died at Kerugoya C. Hospital in Kenya, on 13th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
