Box 110, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Gichuki Nyaga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2023 By Samson Kinyua Mbiriri, of P.O. Box 6, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbiriri Mbira, who died on 6th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By James Kinyua Muriuki, of P.O. Box 31, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Muriuki Peter, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 16th July, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
