TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 162 OF 2023 By (1) Pola Lazima Ruwa and (2) Alex Kea Nzai, the deceased’s widow and son, both of P.O. Box 1, Kilifi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazima Ruwa Khamisi, who died at Matsangoni, Kilifi, on 25th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. 205 OF 2023 By (1) Dzeru Mwandonga Yawa, (2) Mnyazi Mwadzoya Mwandenge and (3) John Bishi Mwandonga, the deceased’s sons and daughter, all of P.O. Box 1, Kilifi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwandonga Yawa Chome, who died at Kijipwa, Kilifi, on 13th October, 1991. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2024 By Kadzo Katana Baya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Kadenge Ngoro, who died at Matsangoni, Kilifi, on 14th May, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
