TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2023 By (1) Teresa Ndolo Lango and (2) Henry Omondi Lango, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domtilda Amolo alias Domtila Amolo, who died on 7th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By Peter Ogada Alal, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Alal Atieno alias Joseph Alal, who died on 21st July, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
