TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 447 OF 2023 By Moses Michael Agumba Owuor, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Waga Owuor, who died at Nyahera, Kisumu East Sub-location, on 20th August, 2012. CAUSE NO. 504 OF 2023 By Agneta Nyangasi John, the decesed’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Lihugu Keya, who died at Kitale County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
