TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 346 OF 2022 By Francis Adika Aberi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Kisa Amayi alias Kisa Amayi, who died at Mahanga Sub-location in 2016. CAUSE NO. 313 OF 2023 By Jane Sibelenje Kavogoi, the decesed’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Sibelenje Sibele, who died at Emurembe Sub-location, on 19th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
