TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2022 By Salina Jebor Kipkror, of P.O. Box 2437–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Kibii, who died on 20th March, 2021. THE KENYA GAZETTE 23rd February, 2024 CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2023 By (1) Micah Kiprotich Cheptoo and (2) Benjamin Kipkoech Kiptoo, both of P.O. Box 4323–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Cheptoo Rutto, who died at Chepkongony, on 5th December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
