CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2023 By (1) Jackson Waita Gatuto and (2) Margaret Ngina Musina, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Nduko Katuto alias Nduku Katuto, who died at Scheme Six, Kajiado, on 26th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2023 By (1) Jane Nyawira Kiruri, (2) Samuel Kiruri Gichuru, (3) Miriam Wambui Gichuru and (4) Phylis Wanjiku Webi, the deceased’s widow, son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gichuru Ndengu, who died at Mosoi Range, on 10th August, 2021.
