E162 OF 2023 By George Nganga Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Murugi Kimani, who died at Kiuu Sub-location, on 31st March, 2004. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2023 By (1) Margaret Nyambura Kabuku and (2) Mary Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kamau Kabuku, who died at Kiu, on 24th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
