TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2023 By (1) Hannah Luwa Jillo and (2) Zawadi Chari Mwadalu, both of P.O. Box 89142–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwadalu Jumaa Kalume, who died at Kalalani Sub- location, on 19th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
