TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Kwamboka Manyange and (2) James Moni Manyange, both of P.O. Box 862–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Manyange Ombati, who died on 27th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2024 By (1) Fredrick Momanyi Nyamwancha and (2) Mary Nyaboke Momanyi, both of P.O. Box 10, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Mogire Matoke, who died at Mwamosioma, on 9th November, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
