TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2024 By Vitalis Manyala Oloo, of P.O. Box 38, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Ochieng Oloo alias Magambe Oloo, who died on 23rd October, 2023. CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2024 By (1) Michael Onyango Osweta and (2) Millicent Adhiambo Oriaro, both of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s siblings, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogweno Okello, who died on 18th October, 1985. 23rd February, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
