TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2023 By (1) Denis Mbithe Masila and (2) Gregory Nganda Mbole, both of P.O. Box 550–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in- law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Mbole Kilili, who died at Kyaume, on 9th September, 2005. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2023 By (1) Martha Muthiani and (2) Beatrice Muthiani Kanini, both of P.O. Box 550–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Muthiani Mutie alias Muthiani Mutie, who died at Kiatineni Sub- location, on 27th June, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
