Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Farah Abduliah, who died at Galaxy Hospital, on 4th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By (1) John Gitau Ng’ang’a, (2) Peter Muchai Ng’ang’a and (3) Esther Muthoni Ng’ang’a, all of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ng’ang’a Gitau, who died at Miharati, on 8th January, 2013. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2024 By, Mathrice Ithiru Nkabune, of P.O. Box 1429, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chrispin Munyange Nyaga alias Chrisphine M. Nyagah, who died at Embu Hospital, on 2nd August, 1993.
