TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 455 OF 2023 By Daniel Muiruri Mwaura, of P.O. Box 1888–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamleck Mwaura Gathita, who died at Shamanei, on 11th May, 2007. CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2024 By John Njuguna Kibe, of P.O. Box 871–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mbugua Kibe, who died alongNyahururu–Nyeri Road, on 27th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
