E82 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Seleina Muiruri and (2) George Lemaiyan Muiruri, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Muiruri Mungai, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd December, 2021.
