TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E725 OF 2023 By Charles Jumah Nyakako, of P.O. Box 154, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kwenya Omollo, who died at Alwala, on 20th April, 2014. CAUSE NO. E490 OF 2023 By Magret Aoko Ongala, of P.O. Box 126, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amba Odeyo alias Wamba Odeyo, who died at Chiga, on 15th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
