NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 26, in Volume B-13, Folio 2332/21032, File No. 1637, by our client, Midhat Said Mafazy, of P.O. Box 177, Lamu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Midhat Said Abdulrehman, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Midhat Said Abdulrehman and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Midhat Said Mafazy, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Midhat Said Mafazy only.
