NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 470, in Volume D1, Folio 26/215, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Mzee Abdallah Mahela Orare Araka, formerly known as Frankline Orare Araka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Frankline Orare Araka and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mzee Abdallah Mahela Orare Araka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mzee Abdallah Mahela Orare Araka only.
