NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 231, in Volume B-13, Folio 2326/20061, File No. 1637, by our client, Nuru Ahmed Ubwa (guardian), on behalf of Aisha Himidi Juma Himidi (minor), formerly known as Aisha Hamid Juma Hamid, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Aisha Hamid Juma Hamid, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Aisha Himidi Juma Himidi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Aisha Himidi Juma Himidi only.
